Attention High School and College Players!

The Philadelphia Area Team Tennis Association is seeking tennis instructors at the following sites and times this spring:

Central Delco, Sun Valley HS, Saturday Mornings starting April 11th
Octorara, Octorara HS, Saturday Mornings starting April 11th
West Chester, East Goshen Park, Saturday Afternoons starting April 11th   
Marple Newtown, Marple Newtown HS, Saturday Afternoons starting April 11th  
Downingtown, Downingtown West HS, Sunday Afternoons starting April 12th
Southwest Chester Co., Avon Grove MS, Sunday Afternoons starting April 12th    

Dates and Weeks: Every site starts on the weekend of April 11th/2th and run until the weekend of May 30th/31st.  Easter and Memorial Day weekends are scheduled off unless there are rain dates.

Duties: All instructors will report to site managers when at the site.  Duties include teaching, setting up matches, supervising match play, and setting up and taking down equipment.

Dress: Instructors are expected to wear tennis attire and/or their PATTA T-shirt.

Compensation: Instructors start at $10/hour.  Compensation will be given on a monthly basis.  Players may also use this for volunteer hours if they choose to. 

Timing: Ideally, we’d like instructors available each week, but we understand if they are not as things come up like high school sports, proms, graduation parties, etc.  Each season, we try to put together a schedule for the instructors to keep all these in mind. 

Training: We will have a training session that instructors will be highly encouraged.  They just have to be at one of the dates.  Compensation will not be provided for these date, but we will have refreshments.
