We continue this weekend at all 7 of our sites. We are starting match play at all but 1 of our sites (West Chester start next week). Match play means a different format.  For those that haven’t been with us, we try to have matches for each age division that’s appropriate for each age and ability.  For the Red Ball Division, they play on a smaller court and have to keep the ball in play.  We generally don’t do serves, but we will allow it if they are able to do it.  They play first to 7 points for a game.  For the 10 and under Orange Ball division, they use the modified baseline which is halfway between the service line and the full court baseline.  We also do not use the doubles alleys.  Those players play first to win 4 games. We try to get everybody on court for a match but sometimes there isn’t enough space, so we will have a practice area where they can work on shots in the meantime.  The Green Ball Division uses the full court with serving and first to 4 or 6 game sets. Updates for Weekend of 5/10-5/11

Central Delco- We will continue Saturday at Sun Valley HS. The courts are in the back of the school. Becca will be back along with Kylie and Alex. Here are the times for each division:  8:45am-10am- Red Ball, 10am-11:15am- Orange Ball, 11:15am-12:30pm- Green Ball. We’ve divided everybody into teams. West Bradford- We will continue on Saturday at Broad Run Park and start match play with new times. The courts are up the hill from West Bradford Elementary. Becky and Justin will be leading things. Here are the times for each division:  8:45-10:00am- Orange Ball, 10:00am- 11:15am Green Ball. We’ve divided everybody into teams. You can find rosters along with remaining dates and times here.

Octorara- We will continue this Saturday at Octorara HS. The courts are in the back of the school. Marc will be back along with a fair amount of staff. This week will be 9:45-11:00 for the Orange Ball and 11:00-12:15 for Green Ball. We’ve divided everybody into teams. You can find rosters along with remaining dates and times here.

West Chester- We will continue this Saturday at East Goshen Park. The courts are right across the bridge by the playground. Becca is normally our league manager along with a crew of instructors. Here are the times for each division for the next 2 weeks:  2:45pm- Red Ball, 3:45pm- Orange Ball, 4:45pm- Green Ball. We’ve divided everybody into teams. Marple Newtown- We will continue this Saturday at Marple Newtown High School and will start match play. Marjie is our league manager along with a crew of instructors. Here are the times for each division:  2:30pm- Red Ball, 3:45pm- Orange Ball, 5:00pm- Green Ball. Note that we are doing a practice session makeup on Sunday, May 18th. Downingtown- We will continue this Sunday at Downingtown West HS with new times due to match play! The courts are to the side of the school. Justin is the league manager but will not be there this week due to a conflict, but there is a fair amount of staff. Here are the times for each division:  11:45am-1:00pm- Red Ball, 1:00pm- 2:15pm- Orange Ball, 2:15pm- 3:30- Green Ball. Note that we are doing a makeup from last week on Sunday, May 25th. Southwest Chester County - We continue this Sunday at Avon Grove Middle School. The courts are across the street from the school. Marc is the league manager along with a fair amount of staff. Here are the times for each division : 11:45am-1:00pm- Red Ball, 1:00pm- 2:15pm- Orange Ball, 2:15pm- 3:30- Green Ball. Note that we are doing a makeup from last week on Sunday, May 25th.
