QuickStart is simply a format of play and practiced used for children to transition into the game. The QuickStart format actually has 2 different formats within, one for kids 8 and under and another for kids 10 and under:.

Age Division: 8 and Under

Court Size: 36 feet

Racquet Sizes: 21-25 inches

Ball Size: Foam Balls

Net Height: 2 feet, 9 inches

Scoring: Best 2 out of 3 games. Each game is first to 7 points.

Age Division: 10 and Under

Court Size: 60 feet

Racquet Sizes: 25-27 inches

Ball Size: Low Compression Ball

Net Height: 3 Feet

Scoring: 4 Game Short Set

These formats are used for both practice and play. In our case, kids will go through a practice session, followed by team matches against another team using the format.
